Ref. PPC 6 : Praying Against Curses

Curses are evil pronouncements that are enforced by wicked demons . Anytime a curse is pronounced there are demons that are released to make sure that , such evil is taken effect in  the victims life . 

There are about three main types Curses ,

1. Inherited Curse

This is when a cursed person's children begin to suffer the effect of the same curse from the parent . Inherited curses could be generational , ancestral , family or parental curse . This means every family member is liable , and for that matter all family members may suffer the effect unless it is broken by Christ . 

2. Sinful Curse

This is the curse that follows a person because of the evil he or she did in the pass .Whenever you do evil against someone and the person pronounce evil against you , demons come out and carry the baton of the curse to do evil with those words . Using the offense and the evil desire or punishment of the offended intended for you, to enforce those words into evil effect in your life .  

3. Sinless Curse 

This type of curse can be a spell that your enemies cast upon you because they do not want your progress . It is also a curse that a competitor cast upon you because they are competing with you . So This type of cause does not depend on any sin committed by the victim , but it is the work of the adversary to make him or her suffer  . 

Curses are so powerful that they can scare away all your helpers including angels of God , because almost every curse is law bound . This means that the curse is operating under terms and conditions , which must be altered through the right process , ritual , restitution , forgiveness, or prayer .  In the same way Blessings also operates under terms and conditions , one of such conditions of blessings is that the person to be blessed must be free from all curses , before the blessing will flow unhindered . 

For instance God cannot bless a cursed man until the curse is broken . Imagine the angel of God bringing blessings into your house , and he sees the inscription  ''  This one is cursed , because he slapped the father , this blessing is not worth giving to him  ''  The angel cannot go back with the blessings meant for you neither can he give you the blessings . The best thing the angel will do is to wait until the curse is broken , then he can enter your house and give it to you . 

. So if God wants to bless you , God has to break the curse first , before the blessing of God can take effect . Before God would bless Abraham , he told Abraham to depart from his family house { where the curse of idol worship is } , before the blessing would come . This means that when Abraham left his hometown that is how the curse broke from his life for  the blessing to take over .Therefore , take heed to the following scriptures , confess them and pray audibly the prayers that follows with all fervency : 

1. God Reversing the curse

.121'' Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: '' Genesis 12 : 1 - 2

Pray this prayer 

1. Evil curse that follows me from my family bloodline , let that curse break in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

2. Every curse that follows me from my father or mother's hometown let that curse break through the blood and the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

3. Every curse that operates against me because I stayed in the family house , let that curse break through the blood and the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

 ''  And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. '' Genesis 12: 3 

Pray Like this 

1. God bless those who wish me blessings , and curse those who pronounce curses on me in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times .

2. Oh Lord my God. anyone casting a spell of curses into my life , let that spell reverse to the sender in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

3. I reverse every curse against my life and destiny in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

 2. Causeless curse 

'' As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come. ''  Proverbs 26 : 2 

Pray this prayer aloud 

1. Every curse without a cause in my life , I disallow through the blood and the name of Yeshua .

2. Anyone that wish a curse for me for no reason , let the curse backfire in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times  

3. Redemption from the curse

'' Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. '' Galatians 3 : 13-14

Pray accordingly 

1. Christ my Lord deliver me from any curse of the law in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times .

2. Every demonic law in my family that brings curse into my life ,  I disallow and break that curse in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times . 

3. Every sinful deed I ever did that brought a curse into my life , let the cross of Yeshua take over the sinful curses in my life through the blood and the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times . 

4. Irreversible Blessing 

'' Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it. '' Numbers 23 : 20

Pray this prayer 

1. Every power of curses that wants to reverse my blessings , I disallow through the blood and the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

2. I decree over my life that am blessed , no power of satan can reverse my blessing in the name of  Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

5. Curse Turned Into Blessing 

'' Nevertheless the Lord thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the Lord thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the Lord thy God loved thee. '' Deuteronomy 23 : 5

1. Oh Lord my God turn every family curse into family blessing through the blood and the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

2. My father , my Lord let every personal curse in my life be turned into blessing through the blood and the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

3. Oh Lord my God turn every causeless curse in my destiny into blessing in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

4. Oh you curse fighting my business , I command you to turn into blessing  through the blood  and the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

5. Every curse of barrenness in my life , I command it to turn into blessing of fruitfulness through the blood and the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times

God wants his people to make progress , that is to move from one level to another level . This means that they are taken from one level to another level until they reach God's ideal position for their lives . This means that , they grow , or they are promoted by God to a level of prominence and fulfillment in life . We are going to pray using the various ways of promotion and the many scriptures that govern God's promotion . 

Promotion By Increase

'' The Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children. ''  Psalm 115 : 14

1. Oh Lord my God , promote me with increase in resources and revenue in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times . 

2. Oh Lord , my God bring growth and increase into my business life in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times

Promotion By God's Lifting 

'' For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. '' Psalm 75 : 6

1. Oh Lord my judge , judge against those who wants to keep me down in life, and promote me in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times .

2. My Father , my God put down those who are standing on my progress , and set me up on high in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times

Promotion By The Spirit 

'' until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest. '' Isaiah 32 : 15

Promotion By The Prophetic

Promotion Through seed sowing

Blessing is the favour of God and the protection of God  that makes things happen in your life  the way God wants it without the devil fighting against it  .This means that you will be progressive , fruitful , productive without anything stopping you , no demon , no witchcraft , no occult or power of satan will be able to intercept it . 

The Blessing Of Job 

This is because you will be protected against any attack , whilst you continue to experience the blessings of God , look the devil's report about Job ,

 '' 10 Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. '' Job 1: 10

 Anytime a child of God obeys God's word , there is blessing that follows , as confirmed in the following portion of scripture .

''  And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God. '' Deuteronomy 28: 2

The Fear Of God Brings Blessings

'' 1 Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever '' Psalm 112 : 13

God cares about the work of his people , in fact it is a general commandment that the people of God should work . As a matter of  fact it is sinful according to the word of God  If the child of God blatantly refuse to work  , sit idle , become busybody ,  dependent on other people , steal , lie or fraud  in order to eat . 

Working With Your Hands 

'' that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you, '' 1 Thessalonians 4:11

It is the will of God that the children of God prosper  in every area of endeavour ,prosperity is having reached a level where everything you does prospers in your hands . Prosperity is a state of being successful and thriving in life .It also means having all sufficiency at all times . From Genesis to Revelation we see the children God enjoying prosperity as part of the promises of God . Now we are going to pray for God's prosperity for us using the scriptures ; 

God's wish of prosperity for you 

''  Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. '' 1 John 3:2

Pray like this 

1. Lord my God I receive your wish of prosperity for my life in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

2. I demand for my portion of prosperity according to the word of God in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times

Dwelling in prosperity 

'' He himself shall dwell in prosperity, And his descendants shall inherit the earth.'' Psalm 25:13

Today we are using the financial promises of God in scripture to pray about our finances . God wants his children to have money . A close study of the scriptures proves that it is the perfect will of God for the children God to be rich in kind and cash . The following scriptures are about the financial promises that we have to rely on God's word  to pray and receive our money . Read the scriptures and pray the prayers that follow .

Financial Defense 

''  Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.25 Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver. '' Job 22:24-25

Say the following  prayers about your finances with fervency , 

1. Oh Lord Almighty be my defense , and give me plenty of money in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

2. Lord my God defend me against every power that attacks my finances in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

3. Oh  Lord my God with you as my financial defender , stop the way against demons of bankruptcy assigned against my money in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

4.Oh Lord my God defend me against demons of debts in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

5. Lord help me to lay up money through savings in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

6. Lord my God fight against the demons that scatter my savings in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

7. Oh Lord my defender , defend the job that gives money in the name Yeshua .repeat 7 times . 

8. Every demon that attacks the job that gives me money , break loose and go in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times . 

Power To Get Wealth

'' 12.Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;13 And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;... 18 But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. '' Deuteronomy 8 :12-13 & 18

.The Gift Of Riches 

'' Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God.'' Ecclesiates 10:19 

Pray accordingly for the gift of riches 

1. My Father in heaven , give me the gift of riches in the name of Yeshua  . repeat 7 times 

2. Oh Lord my God I receive wealth as a gift from you in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

3. I receive power from God to take charge of my wealth and riches in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times . 

4. My God give me power to enjoy the labour of my hands in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

5. My Lord my God deliver me from the demon of labouring in vain in the name of Yeshua . repeat 7 times 

The Answer of money 

'' A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things. '' Ecclesiastes 10:19 

Thus , pray this prayer ;

The Grace to be rich 

'' For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich. '' 2 Corinthians 8:9
